1. Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A: We’re manufacturer, our registered company name in China is JinFeng Fluid Control, SPECS is a subsidiary to handle the entire international business.

2. Q: What’s the brand of your company can supply ?

A: SPECS or OEM service.

3. Q: What kinds of valves do you manufacture?

A: We usually manufacture valves made of various materials such as cast carbon steel, stainless steel, Alloy steel and industrial valves such as control, regulator, ball, gate, globe, check, bellows seal and etc.

4. Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: As our company’s policy, we normally have bellow 3 payment terms,it also can negotiation both parties before confirm order.

1) 100% T/T or West Union in advance that order value within $2,000.00USD.

2)30% T/T advance+70% balance before the shipment for the order value above $2,000.00USD.

3)L/C at sight for the order value above $50,000.00USD.

5.Q: How about delivery schedule?

A: Delivery schedule depends on product type. Therefore, please consult with sales team for specific delivery schedule when you inquire quote. The company is making an effort to keep the delivery schedule, which is the promise with customer. The company will improve your satisfaction degree by delivering the necessary product as soon as possible.

6. Q:What's the packing for shipping?

A:Its carton for small valves(sample) and plywood case(don’t to fumigate).

7. Q:Is there have MOQ?

A：No.we can accept 1set,but there have additional cost $150.00(process of export) if the order value within $2000.00.

8. Q: What’s the valves warranty?

A: Our valves warranty period should be 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever occurs first.

9. Q:Do you have customized valve?

A:Yes,we can supply customized valves.

10. Q:Do you have any valves in stock?

A:There have a lot of GGC valves and Control Valves(2”&within) in stock,and that can delivery within one week. You can consult the sales staff for details.
