It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, s-streamline fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, convenient disassembly and assembly, etc.
The cut-off valve accepts the signal from the regulating instrument to cut off, open or change the flow direction of the medium to achieve automatic control of pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level and other process parameters.
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, textile and other industrial sectors of production process automatic control and remote control system.
Design Features:
1. Valve body according to the principle of fluid mechanics design constant section low flow resistance channel, rated flow coefficient increases by 30%.
2. The sealing part of valve inner parts has two kinds: hard type and soft seal. The hard type is hardfacing hard alloy, and the soft seal type is made of soft material. It has excellent sealing performance when closed.
3. The bellows seal type forms a complete seal on the moving stem, preventing the possibility of media leakage.
